Bedside-born infrastructure for the Accreditation 360 era. Faith & Wellness Innovations builds the infrastructure that helps health systems support their clinical workforce, at the point of care, in the moments that matter, with the measurement to prove it.
Request a briefing →Leaders need proof, not promises. Faith & Wellness Innovations turns frontline reality into documentation that holds up, so the work you do to support your people is visible, defensible, and acted on.
The people who hold healthcare together deserve more than after-the-fact surveys. We build support that meets clinical staff inside the pressure moment, on the floor, in the seconds they actually have.
When leadership and workforce stand on the same foundation, patient safety stops being a metric and becomes a measurable result.
Under the Joint Commission's new Accreditation 360 model, effective January 2026, our work is aligned with National Performance Goals 1, 2, 2a, and 12. Faith & Wellness Innovations is designed to support hospital readiness for these goals, not by promising compliance, but by producing the bedside evidence sustained readiness depends on.
We don't measure how clinicians felt about their workplace in hindsight. We capture the pressure moment as it happens, and give the people who carry healthcare somewhere to steady themselves inside it.
Structured support reaches clinical staff in the pressure moment, on demand, on the floor, in the seconds they actually have.
Brief, evidence-informed resets, built for the realities of a shift, not a workshop that pulls clinicians away from patients.
Captured before and after, so the effect is measured, not assumed, turning frontline strain into insight leadership can act on.

Every claim we make in our materials is citation-backed. The peer-reviewed workforce literature proves the destination. We are building the vehicle.

Faith & Wellness Innovations was born at the bedside. Holding the hands. Doing the work. Carrying what clinicians carry. Until a bedside injury birthed a God-given calling. Three decades were preparation for it. I had worn a second skin of unresolved stress and trauma we become so accustomed to that we stop noticing it. This company exists so the next generation doesn't have to, to ensure clinicians no longer carry the weight the system has attached to their backs and shoulders.
Burnout is the word the system reaches for when it wants the weight to land on the nurse, and the cure to be a day off. What they actually carry has names, and rest doesn't touch them.
Wellness apps, gratitude journals, after-the-fact debriefs: all built with care, none built for the moment it happens.
Being forced to act against your own values.
The empathy that finally runs out.
Carrying the trauma you only witnessed.
A nervous system that never stands down.
The drive home you don't remember.
The calling, given until it's empty.
Early pioneers in nursing saw this before the field had words for it, and built what their era allowed. We're building what this era makes possible. These are not problems anyone rests their way out of. Faith & Wellness Innovations was built for the moment they happen, not to diagnose them or treat them, but to make sure the people carrying them have somewhere to steady, on the floor, in the seconds that matter.
This is not a sales pitch. This is selection. Founding partners are chosen, not enrolled. Faith & Wellness Innovations is selecting a limited number of founding partner health systems to co-develop, validate, and deploy the suite during the first Accreditation 360 cycle. Founding partners receive co-development rights, roadmap influence, and exclusive industry-benchmark positioning as the standard others will be measured against.
Initial conversations are intentionally brief. We use them to determine fit, not to pitch.
Partnership, pilot, and investment conversations begin here. Choose what fits.
This isn't just a business.
